Horrible customer service. I placed an online order for a garmin watch and it said it would be ready in an hour. I waited an hour and a half and went to pick it up and was told it was not ready but I could cancel it and go back in the store and find it myself. Mind you it’s 6:30 on a Sunday and the store is completely empty and employees are standing around doing nothing. I cancelled the order and I’ll take my $200 somewhere else.

I have been a Best Buy Total Plus member for years, but am very close to shopping elsewhere. Best Buy does NOT allow calls directly to their store, even though a local number is listed (Christiansburg, VA), rather, all calls are routed, today it was in Panama! And, I was told today, the only way to speak with someone at the Christiansburg store is to drive out and do that in person! My recent install (oven, dishwasher, and microwave) left a leak under my sink and a microwave door incorrectly installed. Additionally, the Geek Squad did not install; rather, a third party was hired, and only one spoke English, and the guy who could struggled. They took our old appliances while I was on the phone with customer service and drove away without saying goodbye or even having me sign the paperwork! When I texted their boss, he denied it and dared me to take him to court with our security footage proving it! Now, Best Buy, even though we have a case number, is not returning our calls, and Panama employees can't help us since the local manager, Jack, said he would handle it!

I have been in the Christiansburg store many times, only to see if the price on an open box , kicker 12's , would drop out of those many times, absolutely no one asked me if I needed help, stood in the same area the whole time, surprised they are even open if this is how everyone is treated here👋I've lived here for 26yrs
