My charge was down to 13% when I arrived, and I was worried that important things would be lost in the data, etc, transfer to a new phone. But the young man (Alex Snodgrass) who helped me was outstanding! He was very knowledgeable and professional, but also very kind, patient, and reassuring. I was so relieved and grateful when he was able to transfer virtually everything to my new phone. And the new phone I got far exceeded my expectations. He listened carefully when I shared the things about a cell phone that matter most to me, including a high quality camera in a phone that would not cost a fortune. He delivered this, and more. . .couldn't be happier with the great service (and perfect phone) I received at this store! Thank you!
