Before the exam, the vet and her assistant gave my cats treats and scratches to be sure they were comfortable . They were so relaxed that the vet could give them their rabies shots without being held. It was a busy day at the clinic but our appointment was not rushed. VCA Brentwood is the best.

Which we specifically asked and they said it was NOT ear mites, which I understand big pharm and how doctors make money writing prescriptions but you would have at least HOPED for better when it comes to animals. There’s no money in healthy dogs, so of course they lied to us so the root of the problem was not ever fixed and we kept coming back. After 2 years and TERRIBLE infections in my dogs ear, being told it’s due to hormonal yeast infections, we finally got his ears cleared out after getting a second opinion and being told he does in fact have mites. Thanks for the waste of money, added stress, lies and not to mention discomfort and pain my dog has been through due to this company’s lies. They just want your money, the $85 bottle of ear cleaner was on the shelf at petsmart for $20. Avoid coming here, they want your money, they do not want to help your animals.

I only took my dog here once before quickly changing vets due to their high prices and terrible customer service. If you call and go to voicemail good luck getting a call back. There fees for shots are double those of competing vets in the area. They also refuse to work with online pharmacy in anyway and there selection of heartworm for dogs is very small.
