I used to dread going into a Verizon storefront (I still do) but he makes it so much more enjoyable, takes his time and explains things thoroughly for the average person to understand, and just makes the headache of getting a new phone, not such a headache. He is super knowledgeable, amazing at what he does, and is just all around awesome! He did WONDERS for our bill and I can’t thank him enough for everything! I will recommend anyone I know (even people I don’t know) to him and him ONLY. He’s our family phone guy for absolute life!
