    My father and I stopped by this Verizon store last week and were really impressed with the level of service we received. The team went above and beyond to help him with an important account change, they were attentive, patient, and made sure everything was handled correctly before we left.     I literally do not have enough words in my vocabulary to describe how great Alex D. is. I used to dread going into a Verizon storefront (I still do) but he makes it so much more enjoyable, takes his time and explains things thoroughly for the average person to understand, and just makes the headache of getting a new phone, not such a headache. He is super knowledgeable, amazing at what he does, and is just all around awesome! He did WONDERS for our bill and I can’t thank him enough for everything! I will recommend anyone I know (even people I don’t know) to him and him ONLY. He’s our family phone guy for absolute life!

    Alex Davis helped our family with new phones for the holiday,. He setup our devices, even my mom’s phone in a different state with ease, understanding, and patience! He is extremely knowledgeable and will 💯 get you the BEST DEAL POSSIBLE on your account! I will only come back to see Alex in the future for anything regarding my account and will recommend him to all my family and friends!!!     I came to this store after I had a bad experience at another location. I was instructed by the 800 number to bring my devices to the store and have my phones activated because it seemed to be an issue with them not being fully activated. I also had my old phones that I needed to drop off since I was trading them in, I had to bring it to a store to drop off. One customer service representative was very helpful and took the time to listen to my concerns however he wasn’t sure if he could help so he asked his boss, the store manage, wasn’t pleasant at all. To sum up what he rudely said “If you order your phone online DON’T BRING IT TO THE STORE AND EXPECT THEM TO HELP YOU!” They wouldn’t touch it, and advised I either go back to the location I came from or call 611! The way he spoke to me was rude and uncalled for, I could understand if I was being loud or irate but I just simply didn’t know that when the online customer support send you to your local store for further assistance, they are not willing to help at all! This store manager was awful and should definitely work on demonstrating respect and professionalism for customers!

    I usually go to the Verizon down the street from my house, But the other day I happened to be driving by and needed something and stopped into this location. I worked with a lady named Amanda. The epitome of what customer service is! I came in for a small technical issue and she solved it within 5 minutes. She offered to look at my account to make sure I’m on the right plan. I was able to get my wife and I a new phone AND saved about $15 on my bill moving forward. She was very personable and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend working with her. From here on out I will be bringing my family and suggesting to my friends to come here and ask for her!
