    I continue to receive sub-par service at any Verizon store in Chesapeake. This store employee was alone when I arrived. I've been very frustrated with the new phone I've had only a few months. When I tried to explain what was going on with my new phone, employee Tyler was in no position to help me in any way. Long story short, when I voiced my frustration re: my phone, and the issue with it, Tyler said he had no idea "how to help me", and "no idea what I wanted", (he was definitely impatient with me). Its a surprise to me that if a customer needs help with Verizons product the employee should have the knowledge how to help, or suggest a solution or tutorial even. I did buy the product from them, why not be able to assist me with an issue or question? We have 5 phones with Verizon. You better know your product before you buy it as you will get the very minimum of assistance if you have a question or problem with your phone.

    Landon and Bayleigh were extremely helpful and professional. I had been trying to resolve an account discrepancy for nearly three weeks, and Landon was able to fix the issue—even though it wasn’t something he had caused. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was corrected and even helped me save money on my plan, something I’ve been missing out on for over ten years. During my visit, Landon also handled a very rude and demanding customer with remarkable patience and respect. Despite the customer’s attitude, he remained calm, courteous, and provided excellent service—truly a testament to his professionalism. Bayleigh was also fantastic. She made sure I got the exact phone color I wanted and even noticed that I qualified for discounts on Apple Music and YouTube Premium. Both of them made the experience smooth and enjoyable.

    When into the Verizon Store on Cedar Road, Chesapeake, Virginia this morning. A young gentleman by the name of Landon White Verizon employee, greeted my wife and I as we entered the store. This young man was professional, and polite, and very knowledgeable about all the product in the store. He helped with every single question, and made our purchases smooth and simple. This young man needs to be part of management, he truly has what it takes when it comes to customer service!
