I went in to add an existing phone from a friend onto my plan as a fifth line, and I honestly expected to be there for at least an hour or two. Instead, I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Bayleigh was incredibly efficient and knowledgeable — she helped me unlock the phone, get it erased, and set everything up so quickly. On top of that, she took the time to clearly walk me through what it would cost to upgrade my other phones, which I really appreciated. I was so impressed with her customer service and how smoothly she handled everything. Highly recommend stopping in and asking for Bayleigh!
