Gave it to them, and they weren't able to activate the mobile data on said new phone. They don't know what's wrong. I assumed I was just going to have to return the phone itself. I'm frustrated, but not at them. I asked for the 30 dollars back, since I only came in for one thing and they weren't able to do it. "Uh, no. We can't do that. We already went through the whole process." The process being, keystrokes on a keyboard. But it not amounting to anything. I left 30 dollars poorer because I trusted them. I can't imagine any other business shafting the customer like that so blatantly.
