    Great Customer Service, had an issue with Billing and miscommunication through customer service through Verizon. I came into the store and Kayla took it from there. She went above and beyond to get what I was quoted originally for my billing it feels good to have somebody actually take the time to take care of you. great people at the store highly recommend.

    The ratings for this store fit. Walk in nobody greets you sign in. After 10mins legitimately never talked to told welcome, Hello nothing. One even looked at me to get up off a seat for another customer. Came in to buy smart watch and tablet. Will take my business elsewhere

    Upgraded our phones and switched from TMobile. Tyson signed us up with Unlimited Plus for the about the same monthly payment as TMobile. Gave us a lot of credits for signing up to cover the cost of the next 3 monthly payments. Very satisfied. However, I later discovered the same day that we were switched to an Unlimited Welcome, which is the basic plan. Texted Tyson for 1 week with no reply. Went to the store and they said basically, they couldn’t do anything about it. Contacted customer support by phone to switched us back to Plus for the same monthly payment, only to realize a week later that the credits are only good for the first year. The staff and customer service were not transparent to their customers. I am planning to switch back to TMobile next year.

    I am giving one star for customer service and interaction. I sat in the store for approximately 20 minutes without being greeted or asked whether I was signed into the lobby wait system. As a customer, I even had to assist another customer to ensure she was properly signed in. It was clear that there were only about four customers waiting, with two representatives actively assisting others. While I understand that many businesses are moving toward a “self-service” model, customer service is not and should not be obsolete. I visited this location on behalf of my grandfather, who was attempting to return his phone. He ultimately left and returned home because he felt overwhelmed. He specifically asked for assistance and was simply told to “sign in,” which was the very thing he needed help with. Being that my grandfather has patronized Verizon for over 20 years, this experience was especially disturbing and disappointing to me. This experience does not reflect the level of service customers especially long-time and elderly ones should receive.

    As this was my first time visiting this location for phone support, it was the worse experience I’ve ever experienced! I wasn’t greeted as the other customers were so I signed myself in, I then had to stand until seats came available. Once I found a seat I was approached but not for help just to be told it was one person ahead of me. I came in at 4:23 and by 5:20 still had not been acknowledged, the employees stood around joking and laughing and continued to assist other customers as they walked in but never looked my way. I thought I was finally about to be seen as an employee came from the back but she called another customer’s name who just walked in and he told her he already been helped but she still took the time to ensure he was seated! At this point I gathered my belongings and was walking out I looked and noticed one of the male employees laughing looking directly at me, if he didn’t want to help me that’s all he should of said but to have me waiting that long was wrong and very unprofessional! Smh For this to be a corporate store they are the most unprofessional group of individuals I have ever encountered! Avoid this location the service there is terrible!
