Huge shoutout to the manager, Fletcher, and sales associate, Tyler. They provided some of the best retail service I’ve ever experienced. They handled a complex account issue with ease and made sure I walked out with the phones I wanted. Fletcher even went to another store to grab the stock we needed, and Tyler stayed in constant communication to keep me informed on the progress. Highly recommend this location! Thank you Tyler and Fletcher for your dedication to fixing an issue that even telephone customer service couldn’t fix. You guys Rock!

Verizon is absolutely horrible. Years ago I had a Verizon landline, I don’t anymore. I was being overcharged for services I wasn’t using, the problem being in one of their boxes about a mile from where I live. I was on hold for over 10 hours for two days to get someone to check it out. Then when the day arrived I waited for four or five hours for the guy to show up. Which he never did because he fixed it a mile from my house.
I now want to buy a new flip phone. I called the Suffolk office and they said they had what I wanted. When I went by a few days later, last Monday, they didn’t have it.
So I’m trying to contact the Greenbrier location to see if they have what I want to buy from them and I’m unable to get through.
All I get is a “digital assistant” that disconnects me no matter what I do or how I answer. Got disconnected six or eight times over a twenty minute period.
It’s hard to believe a company could be this bad.
Just looked it up. The CEO for Verizon is apparently Hans Vestburg and his compensation is $24,160,024.
It’s working just fine for good ‘ol Hans!

Beyond horrible. They don’t follow the wait list, or the appointment schedule. I spoke with a young African American girl who claimed to be a manager. I would find it shocking if she truly was a manager due to her very unkempt appearance and horrible attitude. She did nothing but had me log into my account numerous times and mess around on my phone. She fixed nothing and when I asked her to cancel my account she said “ do it yourself, have a nice day” and walked away. Don’t waste your time, they have no interest in helping customers.

I had the best customer service ever with a young man named Trevor at the Verizon store in the Greenbrier Market Center store. I did something to my phone and really thought it was done. He made me feel so comfortable and within minutes fixed it. I was in tears and said to him it meant so much to me because I had no idea what was happening to my phone and rely on it. Trevor was not only super knowledgeable but professional and kind at the same time. Definitely went above and beyond to help me out. Our world need more people like Trevor. :)

Great Customer Service, had an issue with Billing and miscommunication through customer service through Verizon. I came into the store and Kayla took it from there. She went above and beyond to get what I was quoted originally for my billing it feels good to have somebody actually take the time to take care of you. great people at the store highly recommend.
