We were not expecting to have to return a "brand new" phone in the first 30 days and he stated we can't do anything for you here but if you call the customer service number they can help you and then my wife convinced him to call the customer service and they chose not to help us either and so now we have to come back on Thursday to see if they can us that day instead of today for some reason not the worst customer but definitely not the best. This was a prime example of dealing with a commission based store get the sale and any back end issues make it difficult for the customer to get rectified, hopefully on Thursday we can get this sorted out and I'll review my review.
