    Added another phone to my account a IPhone 16 we have had it for 21 days and the phone has been over heating for the past 11 days and the sales rep named Brandon informed us that we would have to pay a $50.00 restock fee to get a new phone and we also had to have the original package the box came in order to return the phone and of course we didn't have it. We were not expecting to have to return a "brand new" phone in the first 30 days and he stated we can't do anything for you here but if you call the customer service number they can help you and then my wife convinced him to call the customer service and they chose not to help us either and so now we have to come back on Thursday to see if they can us that day instead of today for some reason not the worst customer but definitely not the best. This was a prime example of dealing with a commission based store get the sale and any back end issues make it difficult for the customer to get rectified, hopefully on Thursday we can get this sorted out and I'll review my review.

    I’ve signed in at this store 45 mins ago, making me the third person in line. Just watched someone that came in 15 mins after me get what they need and leave. All employees are now in the back room, they all just keep leaving the front. I’ve paid this company thousands of dollars and can’t get one useless employee to speak to me.
