  Evan provided the best cost service experience I’ve had at a BestBuy thus far. I shop a lot here for random PC accessories and he was able to get me right to what I needed and completely knowledgeable about what I needed. Super professional and I Love IT

  Printer: My printer is printing with lines. I guess this is what the world is coming to. I can't speak to a human to make an appointment for repair I have to go online. I had a question before I make the appointment it just ignored me when I said customer service question. I just gave in and said yes send the link to the calendar. If I am frustrated I can't imagine the elderly folks. Smh.

  Best Buy Geek squad is unbeatable and a great deal. The store has a lot of stock and inventory. Unfortunately though it seems they’ve cut back on staff. The few workers they have are very helpful but it’s hard for them to keep up with any small volume of customers.
