I called Verizon customer service and all they could tell me was they have not received any payment. Verizon customer service stated there must be a glitch in the stores system. So I called the store back in the morning and spoke to a female. She took down my information and said she would investigate this further but I never heard back. Later that evening I called the store a second time and spoke to Hunter. I explained everything and he simply resubmitted the payment and it instantly went through. Hunter is a life saver. Thank you Hunter!
