    Rob and Jennifer need ten stars. They go above and beyond with exceptional kindness and the highest levels of professionalism and expertise. My iPhone was run over by a car in the parking lot at work this evening--after my insurance plan expired and I'd failed to install the latest update due to low storage. When I arrived at the Verizon store after 6:00 pm feeling little hope for a solution, Rob and Jennifer welcomed me warmly and reassured me that they could help me and have me on my way quickly. With persistence and skill, Jennifer miraculously restored the level of functioning needed in my poor broken phone to get ALL of my content and apps transferred to a beautiful new iPhone with a wonderful trade-in price, and I left the store in under an hour. Thank you, Jennifer! Verizon is very fortunate to have you and Rob representing the company and building so much trust. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

    I love Verizon because all of the employees are super courteous and helpful like the one I met today for the 1st time. His name is Hunter B. Hunter made me very happy because he assisted me in paying my monthly phone bill for free and going forward I am know i am confident I can do it independently. Hunter was very patient and I definitely appreciate it because not everyone would have treated me so well. Some places would charge a fee and some places would rush to just get it done. I told Hunter I wanted to learn how to do it by myself and Hunter granted my wish. Thanks Hunter and verizen.

    Suspicious? I initially Applied online before whatever reason couldn’t finish up with the checkout process so I decided to go in which really wasn’t a problem. Price online came up to $62 at checkout for the exact same deal. For whatever reason once she finished the deal on her end, she told me that I owed her $400 basically. I thought that was a big jump and she pretty much gave me a list of things that they charge for which was absolutely insane In my opinion. I ended up telling her that that’s way too expensive and I could only afford about $150… IRONICALLY!! She rings me up again and the total comes out to $150 on the nose?…. I asked her how much my monthly bill would be prior to us finishing up a check out she told me that my first bill would be two bill bills combined… I happened to speak with customer service today because of the previous outage and she let me know my first bill is $375!!! Which is nowhere near what I was told in the store,. In addition to that, apparently my number isn’t even officially activated so much she to the point where I’ve spent two hours on the phone and now receiving a call back because they’re not sure what the sales person did in store with my account. I went into the store around January 5th Whatever reason once again, the customer service representative let me know that apparently the sales representative had put it in the system. My service had started on 12/30 which is not true… That was the date that I initially applied online, but once again no payment had ever left my card…… Just super weird behavior here. I would be careful And ask for paper receipts of every transaction you make.
