During the recent little ice age, one of the employees went way over and beyond for me -- my car was snowed in, and I was phoneless. He was nice enough to believe me and check something for me without my neighbor having to take me to the store. I am not happy about my being enslaved to Verizon as a corporation, but I have never been the victim of employees at this store -- they are truly kind and of service before after any profit! TYTYTY.

Then they wanted argue and sell accessories customers plainly didn’t want. After saying No thanks, their staff continued with hard sales push and saying “Just let me do my job” which apparently is try to upsell everyone. Next time I’ll drive to Short Pump.
