Then they wanted argue and sell accessories customers plainly didn’t want. After saying No thanks, their staff continued with hard sales push and saying “Just let me do my job” which apparently is try to upsell everyone. Next time I’ll drive to Short Pump.

Noor The supervisor help assist me originally with one of their employees who was having a hard time with my transferred they did a buyout from my last company and screwed me over. Let me go out the store with the devices stating to do an email which never went through he gave me a different name than the one that’s on his name tag to add to the email . I had to follow up and that’s when I realized nothing he did was correct other than charge my account and sell and up sale. $800 I had to pay out-of-pocket Went back in yesterday the fluffy black manager incompetent And unprofessional. Full of error and air when he talked. He was unaware how to do his job unaware of the stock in the store. Then started to help another customer Before completing start to finish what I came in for. Noor Again, tried to send me home with the same BS because he needed to leave early and the store was closing . I am not for sure who’s over this store, but they definitely need to review footages redo the training of their managers, which is sad because they are the store leaders. The plus side is Verizon does have great benefits and package deals. Unfortunately, their staff members are just incompetent .
