    Walked in to buy a $12 cord. Walked out with a gaming PC, monitor, Lego sets, and some other goodies. Grown men beware. Poor financial decisions can and will be made here.

    The worst ever. Someone asked me to pick up a order and when I came the the cashier he was decent but another man came to help and he was rude and nasty. Most best buys I shop at go above and beyond but this one did not I felt very disrespected.

    Sold me a defective device, couldn’t make it out within two weeks due to work, school, and midterms, came on 15th day to return or exchange the item and was told I can’t. I was told misinformation when purchasing the item and that I had 60 days in order to return it if had any issues. Will never use Best Buy again. Edit your response is extremely shallow, no you do not care, as if you did I would not continue to have this issue. To everyone reading this just use amazon a 14 day return period is unheard of.

    I bought an external antenna with the assurance that Best Buy would install it. Payment issues, two appointments cancelled while I was trying to pay, and then was told that your incompetent workers could not do the installation. This low level of service matches my previous experiences with Best Buy, shame on ME, and I will not be that dumb again! Good bye, Best Bye Bye.

    Horrific experience! DO NOT SHOP HERE! The manager on duty on 10/22 is completely incompetent, and refused to help with a merchandise and billing dispute. I truly hope this location closes down because they are in the business of ripping people off instead of helping customers. Wait your 2-days from Prime Shipping and go with Amazon!
