I was told misinformation when purchasing the item and that I had 60 days in order to return it if had any issues. Will never use Best Buy again. Edit your response is extremely shallow, no you do not care, as if you did I would not continue to have this issue. To everyone reading this just use amazon a 14 day return period is unheard of.
