When I arrived, I was informed that it had not been completed. A manager then assured me it would be ready on Saturday, so I made a second trip, and only to be told it was still not done. Today (Sunday), I went to the store for the third time, and once again, the build was not completed. This time, I was told it would take at least 6 more hours, with no guarantee it would even be finished that day. That is INSANE and unacceptable! Basically I wasted my whole weekend and they did not have any compensation. At no point did anyone proactively update me or take responsibility for the situation! I don’t understand how they get this job! Jesus Christ!! When I finally got my desktop and came home, I found they forgot to put my adapter in the package and I have to go to Best Buy again!

Then they automatically renew you and charge you $176 even if you tell them that you do not want the card anymore. Hate this place.
