Great Service and incredible staff. They understood the situation my cat was in and were very helpful in finding a solution. 10/10 would recommend - especially with the first exam being free!

They took us at the last minute because our Finn was having diarrhea. After an exam, Dr Taylor advised us that Finn did not seem to have a blockage. Sent us home with some pills and wait to see what the fecal sample tells us. Thanks VCA Centreville. In particular, Katrina was very kind and helpful. Finn responded to the prescribed medication precisely as Dr Taylor predicted. We are so glad Finn is back to normal. Thank you again.

Ziggy the cat had an eye issue. VCA was able to see us the same day. Facility was calming, clean and well staffed. We were greeted and promptly escorted to the exam room. The tech was gentle, knowledgeable and performed the pre exam with little typical cat fuss. Dr Taylor was informative also quite calming. Combined with Ziggy’s annual checkup, and total cost was quite reasonable. Ziggy is now fine, and all are happy. Thank you!

My cat Lilian Chan has been struggling with her dental health. After seeing a dental specialist I decided to get her dental done at VCA Centreville. I could not be happier that I did!! A thorough dental exam showed that she needed 16 teeth removed. Worried as I was, I couldn’t think of a better team to care for her. Dr. Hart and Zachary followed up before and after the procedure and gave exceptional post op care. There was follow up the next day to ensure Lilian did well overnight. Will come back for my other cats and recommend this practice for all!!

My dog was serviced here and the vet and staff were quite professional and helpful. With this encounter I decided to use their boarding facilities for an overnight due to a funeral. Wrong decision, if I could give them a zero so would. I was a little unhappy to see how her harness (she was evaluated with a slipped disc was haphazardly placed on her. When I started to redo it was when I smelled urine on her face and paws. She reeked of it and so did her bedding that I sent. It was horrible. Arriving home she immediately drank her water as if she was dying of thirst. I shampooed her and washed and sanitized her bedding. I was told they leave at 7:30, so who watches and cares for the pets afterwards. This is no way to care for animals. Never again, smh.
