The folks here handled my very spicy orange kitty really well and with so much patience. Unfortunately, my guy hates the vet and becomes absolutely feral when we take him.
At other vet offices, we’ve had a hard time getting him cared for and also had some pretty negative interactions with staff because of it.
At VCA Centerville, I felt very welcomed and felt that my kitty was on good hands. The vet and the assistant were both patient and understanding of what he needed to keep themselves and my cat safe. We were able to get a very thorough evaluation done for probably the first time ever, and I am eternally grateful!
Thank you all again for caring for all of your patients no matter their shape, size, or spiciness!

My dog (Brocky) had some stool with blood and mucus. Took him here, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and most of didn’t push any unnecessary treatments. Other places I’ve been too are overly eager to do x-rays or extra stuff. There was no issue showing me prices they did give the suggestion to do blood work. Me having an older dog I did. It was an overall great experience! Their vaccination pricing was a bit high for my taste but most vets are. I’ll still be going to vaccination clinics for that.

Great Service and incredible staff. They understood the situation my cat was in and were very helpful in finding a solution. 10/10 would recommend - especially with the first exam being free!

They took us at the last minute because our Finn was having diarrhea. After an exam, Dr Taylor advised us that Finn did not seem to have a blockage. Sent us home with some pills and wait to see what the fecal sample tells us. Thanks VCA Centreville. In particular, Katrina was very kind and helpful.
Finn responded to the prescribed medication precisely as Dr Taylor predicted. We are so glad Finn is back to normal. Thank you again.
