    After many frustrating and maddening hours on the phone, being passed from person to person while trying to obtain a special needs phone and modify my account to add the device urgently needed by a family member, Ron Acosta covered all the bases, and calmly and expertly got us straightened out, and up and running. He activated the device as well as adjusting the stucture of our account to better meet the special needs our family member. As if resolving all the issues was not enough, he even found some discounts we'd become eligible for. He is really great at his job and I would highly recommend him. Rare.
