I drove to this location with equipment in hand, when I was informed that they would not accept my equipment because their "FIOS guy wasn't in the office today." I was then advised to return to a location in Springfield or Tysons, or return to the UPS Store where Verizon already informed me that I would incur a fee for return.

He should be a Regional Manager making sure all customers are treated with courtesy and respect in every store.

She took care of the problem I had with my locked iPhone in five seconds-it was incredible! She also fixed my cell in showing the headlines news, which were hidden on my phone. She did all these willingly and with great attitude. I left the Verizon store happy to be able to use my cell phone again!
