Husband and I visited the Gate City Hwy Bristol VA store yesterday and spoke with a young man by the name of Jeremiah he was so nice and helpful to two Senior Customers , he went out of his way to help us , he has restored our belief in true customer service once again. Verizon has a true đź’Ž in this young man!!

Worst experience I have ever had. Went to upgrade 3 of my family members phones, saw a good deal in the Verizon app. We talked over all of the deals, I picked which ones I wanted and what phones to trade in. This lady ,I will add, was friendly and patient, but screwed it up. When I got home I looked at the app, one of the promotions was not on there, having me out $1200 for a “$3/ mo” phone. And the second promotion was the wrong one having me trade in a phone I was told I could keep and on top of this they added a “free” “ghost line” to my account to “save money” while it’s showing up as charging me more . Went back to the store, was told a promo change form was submitted that it could take 24 hours. 24 hours later it was not fixed, got a different representative who was very rude and had no idea what she was doing. I was very kind and understanding but towards the end I was done with her attitude. She was telling me completely opposite things than what I was told before like that they had to keep the phone since I wasn’t trading it in. She said it could’ve been a “misunderstanding” When the deal says “keep or trade in for credit” She also told me to trade in the phone and it would randomly show up on my account, different from the other trade ins I can track in the app showing which lines it was applying to. So I’m not sure if she was not trained properly or made this up?? I am not “trading in” a phone with no record of where the credit is going, having had issues of this in the past. I would’ve added her name to this but was so frustrated I forgot to get it. Very unsatisfied with this company and especially this location and the people that work there. Stay away and just do your own upgrades in the app
