Disinterested staff verging on rude. No-can-do attitude. Made us sit on the phone with a sales rep from Asia who could hardly speak English and was not very smart or helpful. It took an hour to cancel a simple one-month add-on international account (they couldn't do it in the office?). Then they had no offers from us and only black phones ("everywhere from here to Knoxville" which is two hours away.) We went to a nearby franchised Verizon store where the service was exceptional, the staff remarkably helpful, and a good invertory of phones in several colors. Plus I got a free iPhone 16 Pro to replace my 6-year old iPhone 11. Don't go to this store. Go to the one on Gate City highway a few miles away.
