- CPCory PriceAug 6, 20251.0ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. Been a Cricket customer for many, many years and we are leaving 100% because of Sarah, a manager at this store. Went in to upgrade phones, paid for them and started the process. Apparently there was an issue with provisioning for moto phones during activation and they wouldn't work. Helpdesk said there wasn't a fix and to choose a different brand, which wasn't what we were looking to do, so we just decided to get our money back and try another time. Store refunded the phones but Sarah refused to refund the activation feeS, despite the fact that nothing was activated through no fault of our own, and was very rude to my spouse when they didn't back down. Sarah expected us to just be okay with paying fifty dollars for literally nothing. It took getting a different manager involved who agreed to give us the money back, despite Sarah claiming that they couldn't do that. The counter employees, Skyler and Rita, were wonderful to us throughout the process, but Sarah needs to find another job if she sucks this much at this one. Do not shop here.
