She spent her time attempting to satisfy their demands as best she could and still made time to speak with us. She stayed late and ensured we got 5 star service as well. The call center reps she was being very gracious and patient with were not helpful at best, but she maintained a positive attitude and advocated for her clients. It was very impressive and we definitely appreciate the effort she put in to get us our iPhone 17! Hero of the night!
