After about a five minute wait Drayvon walked into the store & asked me how he could help. Right away I explained I was elderly & tech illiterate & hoped he had packed his patience before coming to work. He was very helpful in explaining things in getting the right phone for me and after some lengthy time together I left excited feeling good about my new phone. I really appreciated Drayvon not getting frustrated with me & putting me at ease. I was thankful for he & Angel as well!

Angel helped me this time and she was great. The store is never crowded. So much better than going to Mechanicsville or one of the stores in Richmond.
