    My wife and I recently purchased new phones. Took them home and started the smart switch transfer of data. All appeared to go well for the first day. I went on to clear out (delete) my old phone as it needed to be turned in for trade. On day 2, all contacts dissappear. My phone is for work and personal use and lost over 1200 contacts. I called Verizon tech support. Spent an hour on the phone and still no contacts. They referred me to YouBreakIFix. Had never heard of them but gave it a try. Got there at my appt time, was in and out in less than 10 minutes and still no contacts. My wife suggested I go back to the store where phones were purchased and see Angel Thompson. I went in and explained my issue. Angel asked to see my old phone and said "let me try something". Literally within 20 seconds...yes seconds, she had ALL of my contacts back. Within another two minutes she had them transferred to my new phone! She then went on to go thru my new phone with me, taking the time to explain many of the features. Angel Thompson is a perfect example of what outstanding customer service is!!! 5 stars isn't a high enough rating for the help she gave my wife and I and she has earned our business for life!! Thanks again Angel!!

    Angel and Drayvon were so helpful when I was purchasing a new phone. The shipment took longer than normal but Angel was great in keeping me updated about my order. They are both great and super knowledgeable!
