I got a new business connection , they had no idea how to port numbers and the most disappointing thing was that they misled us on what plan we were signing up for. I had to ultimately go to another Verizon store at Fair Oaks mall who diagnosed the issue, helped us port instantly and gave the actual plan details we were signed up for - much higher than what was communicated initially.
