  Visited on 12/28/25 and had a terrible experience. We entered the store and the one salesperson was helping customer family. The young man did not look up from his desk, welcome us to the store, acknowledge our presence, simply tell us that he would be with us shortly, zero-zip. The epitome of terrible customer service and a complete disregard for basic sales 101. This experience only reinforced the well documented lack of professionalism and customer care that Verizon is known for. This salesperson today should give a huge portion of her paycheck back as she did not even attempt to do the bare minimum. Will not return.

  I have had a not so great experience with Verizon after restarting my business services with them and leaving T-Mobile. I was at the point of discontinuing the service as I came in and cancelled two lines with the intention of severing all ties. Ali and Wes took great care of us. Personable and honest. I didn’t feel like I was being ripped off or hustled. I wasn’t in the store for too long and they both met my expectations. The store was busy and Ali was still able to give me his attention and assist several customers during that time. The reviews reflected are true. Great customer service without all the extra upselling. The only issue I did notice was that even with my business discount the phone case prices were astronomical. You can get an otter box or better at Best Buy! There’s no reason those phone cases should be $55+ or $50 with a discount that part felt super shady because I was told one price and paid another not realizing it until I was reviewing my receipt once I got home. All in all, if I were to experience any issues this is the location I would come back to because I know I’ll receive honest, thoughtful feedback about my services.

  Went in to buy a phone case and there was no one in the store. Looked around and found a case (after digging through them as they are not sorted by Phone type- inventory all mixed on the wall) I might have purchased Looked in back offices- no one there. Between when I walked in and associate appeared from the probably 15 minutes - the associate offered no "hello", no "can I help you", no "sorry to keep you waiting". I said this phone case on the Verizon site looks like it costs $27- and the first words he said were "that is not possible". I said well I will just get it on line. He did not seem interested or concerned and I left and went to the Sterling Verizonlocation where the person was very helpful with input and getting out multiple cases to try and compare. I bought one.
