    Wayne was extremely helpful, had patience, and was professional in getting my new phone activated. Also, he got all my data transferred to the old phone to the new Google Pixel 10. Thanks Wayne, you were awesome.

    Tony did a great job of helping me reestablish my phone line with Verizon as a port out from another carrier. The whole process between carriers took 8 days, but once I started working with Tony I got a temporary solution and then an ultimate solution. Face to face custom service is the best. Thank you Tony!

    The most awful customer experience. I arrived at the store and informed the representative that I was having issues with my phone. I explained that I had already contacted Verizon customer service, but they were unable to fix the issue over the phone since I wasn’t receiving texts, calls, or data. For security reasons, they advised me to visit a Verizon store so my eSIM card could be reinstated. The representative apparently one of the managers didn’t even attempt to help. He immediately gave me a phone number to call and dismissed me without effort. His attitude was disrespectful and dismissive, and it was clear that he had no intention of assisting me. While still in the store, I called Verizon customer service using the store’s phone number. The customer service representative asked why no one at the store was helping me. I explained that they hadn’t even tried. She apologized on behalf of Verizon and said she would escalate my experience to her supervisor. I felt that my skin tone played a role in how I was treated. I noticed that white customers were being helped in a much more attentive and respectful manner compared to how I was treated.
