Disappointment!! Long story short...My ONE computer that I desperately needed for my business, was left on the Geek Squad repair shelf for three days before there was evidence anyone even looked at it. It was estimated that I could pick up on the day before I retrieved. But I even gave them one more day of grace to figure out why I couldn't be serviced by the remote Geek team. No one could explain to me why for three whole days it wasn't completed except there was no technician in one of the days. If I could give a ZERO I would. Also, when I dropped off the computer, I was unaware that the phone number listed on my check-in ticket went to a national general service number and I was NEVER able to communicate with anyone at the store! This further added to my frustration. You had one chance Pentagon City Geek Sqaud..and you blew it! :(

Installed my 65” tv that then collapsed off the wall. Was clearly not installed properly and Best Buy refused to take any responsibility.

I created a Best Buy account just so I could leave a review on their website about my experience at the Geek Squad counter today and decided to leave one on Google as well.
I had been going back and forth over the phone with other companies about how to resolve the issues I was having with my laptop. I ended up getting scammed and suckered into purchasing really expensive software that did absolutely nothing to resolve the issues with my computer and when I called another company they tried to sell me more software saying the other program I purchased was useless.
It took extreme will power not to throw my phone through my computer screen. As a result of my frustration I decided to go to my local Best Buy and talk to a real live person face to face
I spoke with Ian at the Geek Squad counter and he was extremely helpful, patient, and answered all my questions! Honestly this was the best experience I've had with talking to a tech support representative, EVER.
I will definitely be going back to this location for future computer issues and electronics purchases!
