I went in without a reservation to get myself a second opinion on a battery problem I thought I’d figured out before making a repair parts purchase. I got nothing but kind service that was both knowledgeable and friendly. They didn’t try to force me into purchasing their products or services but laid out several options that could work for me, and were straightforward with expected costs and return timelines. And I wasn’t even a Best Buy geek squad member. I’d go back to them anytime.

Installed my 65” tv that then collapsed off the wall. Was clearly not installed properly and Best Buy refused to take any responsibility.

I created a Best Buy account just so I could leave a review on their website about my experience at the Geek Squad counter today and decided to leave one on Google as well.
I had been going back and forth over the phone with other companies about how to resolve the issues I was having with my laptop. I ended up getting scammed and suckered into purchasing really expensive software that did absolutely nothing to resolve the issues with my computer and when I called another company they tried to sell me more software saying the other program I purchased was useless.
It took extreme will power not to throw my phone through my computer screen. As a result of my frustration I decided to go to my local Best Buy and talk to a real live person face to face
I spoke with Ian at the Geek Squad counter and he was extremely helpful, patient, and answered all my questions! Honestly this was the best experience I've had with talking to a tech support representative, EVER.
I will definitely be going back to this location for future computer issues and electronics purchases!
