  Great experience at this Best Buy! Jair helped me find the correct charger for my laptop and also helped make sure it worked.

  Very frustrated with this location. I went to buy a Garmin Watch that I had found at Walmart for a cheaper price. I showed the employee and what seemed like a manager the price at Walmart (shipped sold and able to pick up in store by and at Walmart) since I was informed they price match. They found a very minor detail (upon calling customer service was not grounds for the denial of price matching) and decided not to give me the price match. Since I had already been to Walmart and Best Buy I bought the item and decided to take it up with Customer Service via telephone. In sum, the customer service agent was able to give me a refund for the difference this very store did not honor.

  I'm here to review the guy in the black uniform on Jan 22, evening shift, rest of others were in blue. He doesn't do much except putting on a weird front. He doesn't have any manners or customer etiquette. While a store associate and me were speaking about computer specs(she was showing me awesome options based on my requirements), he pulled her away without respecting her or me in the middle of the conversation. While doing so, he hasn't even displayed the courtesy to excuse himself or apologize for interrupting a store associate and a customer interaction. From the likes of him and his behavior, he did it on purpose since I initially chose to interact with her and we(the lady and I) both felt more comfortable to speak to each other as opposed to him, due to that he resorted to rude and unprofessional behavior. If I were the boss, I'd fire him and hire someone else who is humble and presentable to both consumers and store associates. Your business would do better.
