    Horrible customer service. Had to wait for ages just to be told by some rude lady who I guess was the manager that I can’t trade in. Was probably sitting there for around 30 minutes before someone actually came over to help me. Don’t come to this Best Buy.

    Will not be returning to this location some of the staff are nice the others not so much. Had a short foreign lady get an attitude because I was taking a phone call while she was ringing me up at the register. If you see that I’m on the phone and I notified you before the transaction I’ll be on the phone why give me attitude and unneeded dialogue. Plus when I apologize to her for being on the phone because I felt kind of bad. when I stepped back and I looked at the situation, I did notify her that I’ll be taking an important phone call, so it was no reason for her to give me attitude. She more so got mad because I didn’t want that unnecessary membership. They’re trying to charge people $50 for. Not to mention geek squad at this location had an attitude because they are overworked. They had an open box item marked as excellent when it wasn’t with the original charger and it had physical scratches on it. It was an African-American woman working there.She didn’t greet me. She was on her phone doing something. And she’s just walking around the store, giving Orders to the employees, In a Controlling manner so I assume She’s the manager. Either way I’m done with this location. I will not be Shopping here anymore and I’m also about to call corporate about that lady. she smacked her teeth and walked away Because I was on the phone

    Every time I've been here, I've had an amazing customer service experience. Everyone is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Big shout out to Dana, Ubair and Ali who were amazing helping me with laptop and PC issues this weekend, and also to the entire staff for being so friendly. Love this store.

    Extremely Disappointed with Misleading Sales Practices I purchased a laptop from Best Buy on October 6. During the purchase, the sales representative told me that if I became a member that day, I would receive a 10% bonus certificate (around $68) in my Best Buy account within 14 days. I agreed to his offer, provided my credentials, and he registered me as a member on the spot. After waiting over 21 days and not receiving anything, I went back to the store. I spoke with the manager, Marcus Green, and identified the same salesperson. The manager admitted that the salesperson gave me incorrect information but said nothing could be done to honor what was promised. I made my purchase decision based on that assurance — especially since the same laptop was available online with a pen included. The salesperson specifically told me that I could use the bonus amount to buy the pen later. This experience reflects extremely poor customer service and misleading sales practices. It’s disappointing that Best Buy would not stand by what their own representative promised. I hope Best Buy corporate investigates this matter seriously so that other customers do not experience the same issue.

    Some of the employee are professional, and easy to deal with, but I had the luck to deal with Raul, he lack the knowledge to solve a problem, I ordered a laptop for my niece (Gift) as a pick up and forgot to put her father’s name as the person to pick it up. When he reach this location, Raul, instead of offering solution started reciting rules and regulation of Best Buy (which I totally understand), and his solution was to send an email of which he would need 30 minutes to confirm or cancel the order. I tried to talk to him over the phone, he was dismissive by saying I need to take the next customer (The entire encounter, took less than five minutes entering the door of the store and leaving with the laptop in hand). I went into the application, and there was an option to change the pick up person name. Problem solved. But not by Raul, the employee who was supposed to to help solve a simple mistake as quickly as possible, not to complicate the situation with his half an hours wait solution. In any case this is not my first time dealing with best buy, most of the time it’s perfect, and sometime mistakes happens, and I totally understand, and I rarely write a review on anything, but this is not the first time I had problem with this location for one reason or the other. I prefer going to Best Buy that is located near Bailey's Crossroads, more helpful and friendly.
