    Tamaki, they took VERY good care of us. I don’t know how they did it. But thank you Tamaki! They went above and beyond, the technicians did as well. I definitely appreciate them and think they deserve a raise! Thank you for making my frustrating day just THAT much better. ❤️🔥

    I've had great experiences here in Clarendon. Customer service and knowledge is on point. Location is convenient with street and paid garage parking very close by.

    Terrible treatment of seniors. Sent to Verizon store instead of helping pair my Apple Watch and download the app. Continually tried to deny help and CYA attitude. Confidently incompetent service desk. Even misidentified the Apple 10 Watch as GPS only and would not help with eSIM issue. When on the phone with my son, he had to ask 2 other employees that immediately corrected him. Hiring managers should be fired. This store has gone downhill. Embarrassment for Apple. Never returning here again.
