I recently bought a new television at this Best Buy and had a great experience. I was greeted warmly by the person stationed at the entrance, and the salesperson who helped us was very knowledgeable about the television selection. She took a few minutes to ask about our setup at home, which helped identify some additional cords we needed to buy and saved me a return trip later. Latasha, the General Manager, introduced herself as we were leaving and asked about the quality of our service and overall experience. A very friendly employee who has worked at this location for more than 20 years helped bring the television out to our car. Overall, it was an excellent retail experience and one I wish I enjoyed everywhere I shop.

Told clerk item (dryer) was damaged. Didn’t care. Didn’t offer any help. Loader complained I wasn’t in the “correct spot” for pickup although it was the same walk distance as the correct spot. They then proceeded to slide the dryer into my truck, glass door down in the bed.
