  This Verizon store deserves 0 stars, if that were an option. I placed an online order on December 31 and selected in-store pickup within an hour, which clearly indicated that the phone was available at that location. Even though the store is far from my home, I chose it based on that option. After waiting the whole day, I called the store to ask if my order could be picked up the same day. The employee I spoke with was extremely rude. He kept saying things like, “If I only have 10 phones, I’ll give it to you,” and complained about customers calling the store asking about phones. He even asked me if I wanted him to order the phone for me — which made no sense because I had already placed the order online. Before I could respond properly, he hung up on me, which was very unprofessional. I contacted Verizon customer support and explained the situation. I told them I was willing to wait. They tried to change the pickup location, but it couldn’t be done, so I agreed to keep the same store. I was told the phone would be ready by January 2, but I never received an email. I contacted customer support again on January 4. This time, I was told the store already had the phone and just needed 2–3 days to sort out the order. I didn’t complain and waited patiently. However, at 12:00 AM on January 5, I received an email saying my order was cancelled because I “did not pick it up”, even though I was never notified that it was ready. Frustrated, I contacted customer support again. I was told the phone was ready and that I could pick it up on January 5. I specifically asked for confirmation because I didn’t want to drive an hour only to be turned away again. When I arrived at the store, I unfortunately encountered the same rude employee. He again said, “If I only have 10 phones, I’ll give it to you,” and claimed the phones were for other customers. He never even asked for my name or phone number to check the system, which clearly showed a lack of effort and willingness to help. Thankfully, Verizon customer support assisted me and helped resolve the issue. Otherwise, I was ready to change carriers. I’ve been a Verizon customer for over 7 years, and this was my first experience with such rude and unhelpful staff. Because of this experience, I do not recommend this store. The customer service here is extremely poor and disappointing.

  William help me reset my password n it got busy he was so patient bc I didn’t remember anything n apple couldn’t really help us and customer came in to drop off stuff n we’re getting mad at him bc I was taking up his time n I felt back he so nice n sometime customers walk n rude n say William was rude just bc he ask ppl to wait I feel so bad I had to leave this review

  The employees are very rude. As I was waiting to pick up my new router. I waited and watched as he disrespectfully was talking to an elderly woman that had questions about her plans. Then when he came to me he said I cant do this I dont think I have any. Then started to complain that too many people were coming in for routers. Then told me to go to the other Verizon store. I decided to go back to drop off the old router after I got the new one (from the other store) hoping that the rudeness was just a one time experience. He came up to me and said he could not help me with a drop off because if there was anyone getting a phone then they take priority. And told me to go to another store. Horrible service. Maybe they only get commission from selling phones and plans and they dont want to deal with other equipment but they should not have their description as a full service Verizon store if they are going to be rude and send them to a different store. Its a waste of everyone's time and patience.
