He was able to help my mom figure out all of the small details with getting a phone upgrade and getting her storage carried over. Would definitely recommend going here over other Verizon stores, and be sure to ask for Moe! He’s the man.
- JGJohn GuldenNov 8, 20251.0Don’t come here, you’ll likely get scammed. It’s a third-party store not a corporate one (though those aren’t much better frankly). I started a family plan here but due to either incompetence or (more likely) sketchy behavior on the part of the one guy there, William, my first bill ended up being $450 instead of the $120-150 I was quoted. 2 whole non-existent devices were inexplicably added to the family plan. William also of course added absurdly overpriced insurance plans for each and every line, all of this without consent. Then of course there are the litany of other nickel-and-dime tactics you experience with these kinds of stores: tacking on phone chargers and screen protectors without stating the price, charging $50 to “set up” each device, etc. But that’s not exclusive to this store. Still, an utter disgrace that stores like this are allowed to operate with impunity.
