- EEElizabethFeb 19, 20261.0Honestly I would not go here if you have a complicated issue or something you really need help with, also do not order an in store pickup to this store, they will not give you the phone even though you already paid for it this is an “authorized retailer” they aren’t a real Verizon store and they essentially have no phones which is dumb because they allow you to chose this location for in store pick up which should be taken off . and the sad thing is it really depends on the worker that assists you because some of them are decent but William I wouldn’t trust him he seemed very condescending to me he would ask me questions and then not wait for me to answer them or almost argue with me. He also seemed like he didn’t want to help me and would leave me sitting there while he went off and did other things. also they do not have a lot of workers in this store so if you come and they’re already helping someone it could really be a long time before you get help. And please don’t reply to my review because I looked at the other reviews and he literally forgot to delete the CHAT GPT prompt out of his response he doesn’t care about customers he just copy and pastes some automated response from AI
