For context, I am a student in the Northeast, and my sister lives in Alexandria. My sister offered to help me upgrade my old iPhone and facetimed me as Samantha walked us through the process. Samantha was super patient with me as I had a ton of questions, and she answered all of them thoughtfully and clearly. She walked me through the process of going to my local Verizon store to return my old phone after my new one arrives in the mail and told me exactly what to say to the representatives to ensure a seamless experience. She even offered her phone number so that I can call her when trading in my old phone if there's any snags, and she said she would be happy to be of assistance if needed. I have never seen such a high level of kindness and attentiveness in ANY sales representative. My last experience trading in my phone (at a different store) took hours, but Sam was thorough and efficient. I hope her manager knows that what an asset she is to the store and gives this woman the raise she deserves! I would wholeheartedly recommend this Verizon store to anyone in the area, and be sure to ask for Sam!
