  I went to this verizon store to change my plan from tmobile to verizon i asked them to keep the same numbers for two line and i choose a plan where i can get a iphone 17 pro max and he told me i can get the credit if i trade my old iphone as well and I took a 2 iphone pro max for two lines but one of there reps gave me the different number on one line which i found only when i went back home. I went there next day and told abouy it but instead of replacing he added my old number and make it 3 line and tell me that it will be free and i see my 1 st month bill was 419 including activation fee and other charges which i have no idea. He told me that I have to call to verizon customer service and they will waive my activation fee and remove other charges that shows in the bill. And I call them and they gave me the discount of activation fee but I still pay 299$ for the first bill month. And i see my my ongoing bill was 163$ for three lines which one of the line was suppose to be free. I talk about it many times they only gave me credit for one month and the ongoing bill will be same 163$ That make me really disappointed and i call them if there is any internet service they can provided on my address which was not available and i choose another service which i have to pay for internet and they gave me one line free and for another i have to pay 20$ extra so i returned there phone on there store within 30 days the tax i had paid was 185 which i get the refund of 37$ only. Before i connect to another career i need port pin which verizon has to give me but one of the line doesnt get transfer i. my phone and that was the line for there port oin and secondary authorization and which i was not able to generate the pin and the customer service told me that i have to go to corporate store which was 1 hour from my place I went there any they generate the automated pin. I finally get out of verizon they gave me too much stress.

  I recently came to this location and the employees were rude seemed annoyed when I asked about my recently online order when I asked very polite about it was a very unprofessional and the employees looked at us as if we going to steal something

  I had a phenomenal experience at this store because of one representative, Sam (Samantha). For context, I am a student in the Northeast, and my sister lives in Alexandria. My sister offered to help me upgrade my old iPhone and facetimed me as Samantha walked us through the process. Samantha was super patient with me as I had a ton of questions, and she answered all of them thoughtfully and clearly. She walked me through the process of going to my local Verizon store to return my old phone after my new one arrives in the mail and told me exactly what to say to the representatives to ensure a seamless experience. She even offered her phone number so that I can call her when trading in my old phone if there's any snags, and she said she would be happy to be of assistance if needed. I have never seen such a high level of kindness and attentiveness in ANY sales representative. My last experience trading in my phone (at a different store) took hours, but Sam was thorough and efficient. I hope her manager knows that what an asset she is to the store and gives this woman the raise she deserves! I would wholeheartedly recommend this Verizon store to anyone in the area, and be sure to ask for Sam!

  I had a great experience upgrading my iPhone, there were some great promotions I was able to take advantage of while upgrading. Hafsa was very pleasant to work with and did the math to show me exactly how my bill would change. Couldn’t be happier with how it went!
