  Staff was extremely rude. I had questions he answered so top of his head he didn’t even pull out a calculator. Been with Verizon’s for 20 years atleast and always have had the sales person calculate bill changes with no problem. He wouldn’t even try to. He gave extremely short answer and wasn’t even friendly.

  Went in to look at switching my phone plan to Verizon. The employee didn't seem to really care that we were in the store. He acted like he couldn't be bothered to talk to us.

  It’s not often you come across the customer service nowadays that I received from Justin. Kind, patient, knowledgeable, and abundantly helpful. I went in not sure what I was looking for. Over the course of 3 weeks, he helped me figure out what I want, and ensured I received exactly what I requested, with over 7 follow-ups. He has earned my loyalty and trust.

  I traded my old phone at Verizon Russell Cellular, and I was so delighted to meet Chante who is an embodiment of professionalism. She assisted me in accomplishing this entire deal. I have never met such a genuine professional in my entire 50-year high level prestigious career. I can assure that Chante is a real asset to the Verizon. I have had an unforgettable wonderful experience with this great lady. She left such a memory which is unforgettable.
