The tech isn’t making $400 an hour—so where’s that money going? I get that running a clinic has costs, but this feels excessive. I don’t mind paying for good care, but this wasn’t that. It felt like taking advantage of people who care about their pets. Greed isn’t a good look in a profession built on trust.
