  I had an appointment, but they told me the battery replacement wouldn’t be done the same day because the technician was leaving. Total waste of time. They sent me to the Apple Store, but I had to wait a long time. I should’ve just made an Apple Store appointment from the beginning.

  The customer service here is extremely lacking. Despite me showing this—from the Best Buy website—to the manager at customer service, she still would not let me return my product in store because they do not accept defective products for return in store: a new laptop purchased from Best Buy out of box would not turn on. Why else would someone return a product other than its defects? They don’t seem to know or follow their own policies. I’ll also be alerting their corporate offices that this location is not following Best Buy’s policies.

  SCAM ALERT: Sold a fake display prop & Manager refused to fix it I purchased a Panasonic Microwave online listed as "Open Box - Good" Best Buy claims these items are inspected and tested by Geek Squad. That is a complete lie. The unit I received was a hollow display dummy. It had no power component/inverter, static display and was clearly a shelf prop. When I brought it to the store to swap it for the working product I already paid for, the Manager refused to help. They demanded I pay the full price difference for a new one. They sold me a fake item, admitted it was missing components, and then tried to charge me more money to fix it. This is textbook "Bait and Switch." I have filed a formal complaint with the FTC. Do not trust the "Open Box" stickers at this location—they are falsifying inspections.

  Beware of hidden and unnecessary fees. I went in to buy a laptop and the store kept pushing add-ons and extra services, even after I made it very clear that I did not want to pay for anything beyond the laptop itself. Because the model wasn’t available in-store, they said they could have it delivered to my home or I could pick it up. They offered home delivery but never mentioned that it came with an additional fee. Delivery was offered as faster than pick up and I knew that I would be traveling soon so I opted for delivery. When I saw the delivery charge on my order, I went back to the store within an hour. I was told they couldn’t cancel or adjust the order “due to its status” and that I should call later. When I did, I was then told I had missed a 30-minute window to make chances, something no one informed me of, and that I could no longer cancel the order or change the delivery. Overall, it felt like they kept trying to slip in extra fees at every step. Very disappointing and not transparent at all.
