  It was a poor experience trying to book an installation service for my vehicle with this location, which just kept failing for available slots (or what it gave me as available slots). It's really a broader Best Buy experience problem, but the challenge came out for this specific location. Will be getting this service from an alternative after all the challenges.

  I’m very happy with the service I received at Best Buy Geek Squid. The young man who helped me did a great job installing my dash cam and even took the time to help me choose an SD card and SSD drive. He was friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

  I had an excellent experience at Best Buy thanks to Kunle. I actually wasn’t planning to make a purchase during my visit, but he was so patient, calm, and genuinely helpful that I ended up buying my TV that same day. What really stood out was how knowledgeable he was—he took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and never made me feel pressured. Instead, he focused on understanding what I needed and guiding me toward the best option. His professionalism and positive attitude made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who is both highly knowledgeable and so easy to talk to. Because of his outstanding customer service, I’ll definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for having such a great team member!

  Dont really come here to purchase alot but i always come to this location the customer service is always on point.Today i give a huge thanks to Sasha very helpful

  Staff unwilling to assist customer to bring tv outside. Could not even lend cart or anything to bring a 65” tv to car. I had to drag out through the parking lot. Horrible customer support. Staff is usually willing to help customers whenever I go to other stores and I usually tip $25.
