Listened to my problem, took over and handled all the issues that the phones were having. He called in for me and he did the transfer. He took each phone and personally set them up so I didn’t have to figure out anything cause I was so frustrated and he made it an easy enjoyable experience . I’m so glad I made the decision to switch to Verizon and go in to get in person help.
