However, Isaac, the manager, took much time researching the financial history of our account and was able to pinpoint exactly the transactions that showed their fulfillment of our agreement. It is important to note that, even though Verizon themselves couldn't give us accurate information, Isaac took the time to educate us and ensure our full satisfaction. I don't mind leaving someone negative reviews if they don't live up to agreements, offer poor service, etc. However, I feel strongly that correcting a wrong once pointed out is equally if not more so important. I can honestly and with complete confidence recommend CellularSales - they took care of us!

Store manager couldn't have been less interested in helping me repair or replace my phone. Wouldn't let me have access to the account in store because my phone couldn't access a link. Wouldn't let me access my email to accept account access. Wouldn't let me pay remaining balance in store. I feel its just the modern era where in person stores are built to scam and deceive people. Had to return home and purchase online, heading to another location with hopefully decent humans that are interested in helping. My family account is 20 years old and wont reach the 21st.
