After having issues in returning a phone at Walmart, and getting laughed at our faces telling us good luck cause they couldn’t help us and after having a hard time with our imperfect English, we came here as a last resort. Elisa’s and Marcos were super helpful and professional! We were able to find a way to return the phone and now feel more at peace. But we were just amazed at this Verizon’s helpful customer service. Thank you for being there in our time of stress!
