  Horrible place, the staff is so unfriendly, try to force you to buy things that you dont have to. When you try to explain to them what you are asking they just keep going on and on about buying other stuff. I had 2 bad experiences here and i will no longer be back. Once they charge me for a phone and service and the money got taken from my account and they said they didnt recieve the payment so i wont get the phone. That day i walked out with money taken and no phone in hand and had to cancel the payment from my bank. Second time i was trying to re-activate service for my kids phones and also add a 3rd line for myself and was told with the phone i was looking at i had to pay full price and not what was on promotion and i had to buy all accesories and it would be $400 just for that phone not including service.

  I walked into this store and nobody spoke English. On top of that I saw three different flags from Latino countries. Not one american flag in the entire store. I then expressed to the clerk how disrespectful this was and he did not seem to care. I will never go to this store again and I will be getting rid of my cricket account now.
