The technician and Dr. Payne were extremely thorough and made sure to cover everything with detail. I never felt rushed or like I was too much or like I was being sold something. My dog is getting quite old and so finding a patient and caring vet to continue his care is wonderful. I highly recommend this hospital.

Veterinarians now spend their days offering vague assessments, nudging clients towards the possibility of clarity via an endless stream of diagnostics and procedures, each meticulously priced to generate maximal revenue under the guise of “doing what’s best for your pet.” This isn’t care. It’s a business model designed to capitalize on emotion. I have no clue why anyone would choose to work in this field as it operates today. Financial entanglement with large clinic operators and PE firms is increasingly difficult to avoid. That’s by design. But if you can find a locally owned, truly independent clinic, your pet is far more likely to receive care that prioritizes their well-being over profits alone.
