Then she spent a while with me answering about the new phone my wife was getting. She helped us set up the phone and helped put on the screen protector and made sure that all the accessories were in the box with was good because it was missing one of the cleaning pieces used befor applying the screen protector. She was so nice and a huge help. She did very well explaing what I should expect moving forward as I exchanged my wife's phone. Thank you so much Danielle

I forgot the name of the manager who helped me but she was awesome and it was her birthday so hopefully credit goes where credit is due. Keeton also helped me and was fantastic. When you go to a place like this just go in knowing that it’s going to take some time so be patient and kind and they will take great care of you!

His co-worker was at lunch & he informed us that it would be about a 20-minute wait. We grabbed ding tea & returned & Brayden was able to help us immediately. He went through our last month statement for each phone & explained customer savings. Checked on our internet & made a change to an existing phone to save money. No pressure, excellent customer service & asked if we had any other questions. Highly recommend this store & ask for Brayden! Thank again Brayden!
