We bought an HP computer and were notified to come in and have our existing data transferred over. We did! THREE times!!
We had an appointment every time! But every time they say they can't do it because they are short staffed. Last time the guy said, "Uh, sorry, stuff happens..." What kind of customer service is this? You have our money, but now we STILL DON'T HAVE THE COMPUTER. We've tried calling, but the automated machine won't let us speak with a manager....SO seriously frustrating!

The Geek Squad did a great job setting up and mounting my new TV. That's not the issue. I was overcharged for the install and have tried to contact customer service but have been unable to remedy the situation. If someone from the store cares, please respond to this review.
