Great selection, very welcoming greetings at the front door, but although we were just looking for 1 item and they told us where it was in the other areas of the store there was no one around. Different experience from the other best buys I've been to. When I looked at the front door every associate was at the front counter or front door huddled together something I've been noticing in larger retailers instead george. To reiterate kind welcoming then "telling" us where to go. Example other Best buys would offer to show you or at least offer then assist with other needs. Up sale! St. George is has a lot of retirees I was with my grandfather if I didn't help him he would have spent forever just to find that one item.

Friendly store team, generally fast check-out times, and relatively friction-free online order pick-up experience. Though there is a variety of products in computer-related categories, there is often not a wide variety of products within those categories. In other words, it is a relatively safe bet that common computer products will be available, but perhaps not the brand or model being sought. It is a bit lighter in terms of inventory than the average Best Buy, and the store is a bit smaller.

Scheduled an appointment to get my phone screen repaired. They didn’t have the part the first time I came in which can be understandable, but the guy told me to come back in the next day same time so they could fix it because they’d have the part. Had to drive from Cedar City for it.
Came in the next day met by a different person at the front desk to tell me thy couldn’t help me. It’s understandable if I’m told I need to reschedule but when I’m told to come in the next day by an employee and they’ll get it taken care of especially after making a second trip, is frustrating.
