    I am writing to formally report a serious customer service failure at your Washington, Utah location that resulted in significant inconvenience, unnecessary expense, and a complete loss of confidence in the store’s management. I placed an online order for a drone priced at approximately $1,400, which was clearly marked as “ready for pickup.” Relying on that confirmation, I drove a considerable distance to the store, as I was leaving town the following morning and had purchased the item as a gift for my grandson. Upon arrival, store employees informed me that they could not locate the drone, despite having marked it ready for pickup. I was told they had been searching for it for hours and had no explanation for where it went or how such an error occurred. This alone represents a serious breakdown in inventory control and order fulfillment. What was even more disappointing was how the situation was handled afterward. Although the store reportedly had three identical drones available, management refused to offer any form of price adjustment, substitution, or accommodation, despite the error being entirely on the store’s end. I was told they were “too busy” and that my only options were to either pay full price for another drone—approximately $2,000—or return days later and hope another unit arrived. Given my travel deadline, I felt forced to purchase the higher-priced item, resulting in an unnecessary additional expense of roughly $600 due solely to the store’s mistake. This is not an isolated incident. It is the third time I have experienced serious issues at this location, and it reflects a clear pattern of poor management, lack of accountability, and disregard for customers’ time and commitments. I am requesting: A formal review of management practices at the Washington, Utah store Reimbursement or compensation for the price difference I was forced to pay Assurance that corrective action will be taken to prevent this from happening to other customers I am documenting this experience thoroughly and expect a response outlining how this matter will be addressed.     Staff is completely unhelpful. Been in here several times and its always same bad service. I asked 3 seperate people for help. They all said will be right bsck never came back. Waited in line one time for 15 min for a cashier to shop. No cashier at all for 15 min. Go somewhere else or buy it on line from amazone. The geek squad is no help either. Even if you make an appointment plan on waiting 30 minutes for help.

    I went in wanting to spend cash instead of buying online and wanted Best Buy to price match since walmart would not take my cash Kayden helped min in one minute and even though it was $10 difference (not much) he let me spend cash instead of going online and either waiting for mail or a return trip I was way happy I will go back more now

    We made a fairly large transaction here at this Best Buy back in August, and we are so appreciative of Joe and David going above and beyond for us! They were so thorough in their explanations of things, and they were patient and understanding with us with our unique circumstances. This Best Buy has some of the BEST employees, and we are grateful we came into this store for help!
