  Garbage!!! Can’t call the store and only get the A.I on the phone or some call center that doesn’t have any specific info on products at specific locations. Won’t shop there!

  the worst best buy i’ve ever stepped in. the workers are so lazy and sound so stupid. even with an appointment made we were ignored, and not helped for ages. horrible service, horrible place, please avoid the geek squad.

  I had a problem with an Epson printer. Epson has horrible Customer Service if you have issues. I could not get it resolved through Epson so I spoke to the store manager at the Washington Utah store and within 10 minutes he resolved it and took care of it. I was so impressed! I am definitely going to continue to shop at Best Buy! I believe his name was John, so big thanks to you and Best Buy for taking care of my problem!

  BB St. George, Utah👎! Extremely unknowledgeable customer service at best! Sales associates need a lesson in products & courtesy. I hail from Philadelphia, relocated to Nevada. We needed 4 tvs & bought none at your store due to lack of customer service. Mgmnt. stood around overhearing our frustration with associates & did nothing to intervene & lend a helping hand! On a positive note we bought 4 tv's at Blvd. Home furnishings, which we highly recommend! Ashame.

  Absolutely the worst Best Buy I have ever worked with. Three times I’ve tried to bring in items for repair with their “membership“ the items never get fixed and I spent $200 on a membership that does nothing to address the issue. The management doesn’t seem to care they’re not empathetic they have no Customer Service skills whatsoever. Their attitude is I don’t care, so they should all be fired that’s just my opinion. This location hands-down the worst Best Buy I’ve ever had an experience with they sent off our computer, tried to take the power cable or obviously weren’t paying attention. After confronting the manager they gave us our cable back. The employees are very poorly groomed. In most cases have earrings, nose, rings, and piercings that are not pleasant to look at. Do not go to this location do not buy the membership most definitely because unless you intend to buy an item, it’s not worth it. They do not service the items that they promise they will. I’ll be reporting the location to the FTC as I paid for a service and the service was not rendered the computers were easily fixed locally by another apple care provider”OVER THE PHONE IN FRONT OF ME IN 30 MINUTES!”
