I sat in the store for two hours with my sister and two kid I could tell they couldn’t help me so we left and set up my phone my self not knowing how to fix the problem, I then received a message say they charge my card the due amount to keep my phone on, but as I told them I needed to be on my family plan that seemed to be to much of a hassle. NOT going back.
