I ended up asking âisnât that what you do hereâ after telling him I wanted to upgrade. To which he responded âyeah but you wonât get any money from your current phoneâ which I did not care about. Very poor service. Normally people at the phone store want you to buy things. He just didnât want to help. Such a strange and disappointing visit.
