    I was there today and I am pretty sure Sophia, helped me. She was the best and most helpful person I have ever met in the store in the entire time I have been there. So thank you Sophia, you are amazing

    I bought a phone online from Verizon to pickup at this location only to find out there computers were suddenly not working I had to re-schedule my phone pickup 3 times after I went to the store 3 times. After that they re-charged me the phone setup fees 4 times only to tell me the would refund it the next day. It’s been 3 weeks and I only see 1 refund. Not including my Verizon bill went up 261$ and the bill states I’m being billed again 3 more times for the setup fees I already paid for. I would avoid this company and this store.

    Came in for a prepaid sim card. Told the gentleman inside that's what I was there for. Was told it would be a 5-10 minute wait. Proceeded to wait for THIRTY MINUTES to have a different employee tell me they don't sell prepaid SIM cards. Awful training, garbage experience.
