- LTLaurel TMar 19, 20242.0I was a cricket customer years ago. When they used to be a good service. Since switching from Verizon to cricket, I've lost basic things I used to be able to do. Send videos, use Hotspot, zoom on and picture via web. Since day 1 the network is super slow. And yes I contacted cricket who "claimed to reboot" my network. It's just gone down hill. When your used to high speed network and switch over to super low speed, you get frustrated. I'll be finding a better network that I can run my business on, since cricket has downed me from using my internet. I don't recommend anyone whose used to fastest network to go here.

Was constantly appoligizing about the wait but insisted on talking about shopping trips. To top it off once I try to pay I got told they don't have change and there card POS system is down. Good luck with going here.
