I called the store and asked if cricket was planning on building any more towers out here and I was told to try turning my phone off and on. When that didn't work, the person at the store told me that it used to be a lot worse out here. They're not interested in customer service or making sure you're satisfied as a customer. Absolutely awful service at this location and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I'd rather be without service than have to deal with these people again.
