I could have gone to Apple and got it for less but instead supported out local store.. after dropping that much money I asked for a case to go with it.. oh no I would have to buy that. After speaking with the customer service line and a supervisor, she agreed I should get a new screen protector and case for free. Oh no not this store! That gals were nice until I told them I wasn’t going to give this store a good rating. That when she improperly installed the screen protector, bottom line Crickets sevI’ve is not that great, takes forever to download anything, use Utube or as simple as watch a network TV show.. the are terrible!! Planning on changing service as soon as my month is over!
- GTG TDec 5, 20171.0Absolutely horrendous. I haven't been able to get my phone above 2 bars for the last 3 months. I called the store and asked if cricket was planning on building any more towers out here and I was told to try turning my phone off and on. When that didn't work, the person at the store told me that it used to be a lot worse out here. They're not interested in customer service or making sure you're satisfied as a customer. Absolutely awful service at this location and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I'd rather be without service than have to deal with these people again.
