  My family and I all went in to trade our phones in and although there were some slight technical issues we all felt Chris (i believe that was his name, the man with an honorable beard) had incredible service. He is super friendly and accepting especially of crazy families like mine. Overall just an 11/10 experience he definitely deserves some type of acknowledgment.

  Tried coming in tonight for assistance. The kid working had absolutely no interest in helping. He never even opened our account- just simply said he couldn’t help and that was it.

  UPDATE: The company reached out below, I then sent them an email where I got just another "case" number and they requested a phone call. I have learned that these trade in credits are applied over a 36 month period, so you do not own your phone until the 3 years is up!! So we paid up front for all the fees, upgrades, etc ~$500 and with the promise of ~1k trade in credit, nope you get $30.75/month credit and no idea where the first phone payment got applied but its gone also. The math doesn't add up. I've reported to Verizon directly as none of this was disclosed. Let me quickly summarize; This is marked Verizon Wireless, but is a 3rd party authorized retailer and not directly affiliated. Wife and I came in to get our monthly bill clarified and hopefully reduced, as its very confusing these days. I was told many times is should go down by doing x, y, z. First bill came and it actually went up by 13%! After trading in wife's old phone, the price difference was only supposed to be a couple hundred but they didn't tell us about the mandatory $60 setup fee, as its apart of the "taxes." So it was nearly $500 after all taxes and fees applied. Wife brought in her old phone and was told that it could take a couple months for the credit to process, so now we are paying monthly payments, now over $200/month, and that my bill should be lower. The salesperson, signed all the contracts on our behalf and obscured the fine print and didn't disclose all the fees. Very ignorant un-educated team on their products, and I got a lot of "you should's"; your bill will show $200 but it should go down when you bring back the device. Well what it is pal? After discussing, most are upgrading their plan/doing trade ins online and avoiding the hassle and hidden fees. I thought I was paying for an advocate but caveat emptor

  Went to a different Verizon store in Layton and the were very far from helpful. I like coming to this store because they have the best customer service. Rylan was amazing at getting my issues with my bill resolved.
