Will definitely make the drive to a different store next time.

Has 0 skills on how to work with customers, lack of communication and he is clueless been to the store 3 different times and it has been the same bad experience every time he kept interrupting me not giving me the opportunity to explain my concerns or hear me out he had 0 desire to listen and try to help or even be willing to try to explain the issue. For what I have seen there is lots of different customers complaining about his arrogance and cluelessness as a business owner I would take this as a red flag and not let this employee keep ruining my business reputation.

She ripped a slip off paper of a note pad and told us she would call us with our best options. We went to Provo Towne Mall and Crew helped us but a new phone and as a line. I would not go to the Springfield Verizon again.
