But seriously, bro couldn't be bothered to speak nicely and his sales tactics included condescending jabs at my intellect. Not very appreciated. Will definitely make the drive to a different store next time.

Has 0 skills on how to work with customers, lack of communication and he is clueless been to the store 3 different times and it has been the same bad experience every time he kept interrupting me not giving me the opportunity to explain my concerns or hear me out he had 0 desire to listen and try to help or even be willing to try to explain the issue. For what I have seen there is lots of different customers complaining about his arrogance and cluelessness as a business owner I would take this as a red flag and not let this employee keep ruining my business reputation.
