- JJJessica4 days ago1.0I had to go into this store a few times during the process of trading in my old phone for a new one, and the people who helped me each time were so rude. They were constantly trying to sell me on everything, and pressuring me to buy things even after I said no. And one of the guys who helped me was just flat out rude. I always left feeling super deflated, and definitely would have gone to a different store from the very beginning if I could have. I would definitely recommend going to the corporate store down the road, or to the one in Springville to avoid dealing with these employees!!
