- TDThomas DoxeyNov 4, 20251.0The sales prep was very unprofessional and unhelpful, I was asking about cheaper plans and information about how to which it and all he kept telling me was how I wouldn’t really be saving any money going from $96 to $35 a month which I told him that is what I was paying, then when he finally gave him info on the plan I wanted he didn’t help me set it up but just said to do it I would have to call 611 Verizon customer services “it’s the easiest”, now I’m waiting on the phone. Whoever was working with Doris on Tuesday November 4th and left to go pick up his “homie” cause he car broke down is a horrible sales prep and less then informative about Verizon products. Should not be helping customers.

Went over the projected monthly bill moving forward, told several times it would be $45/per line, next month bill is $127 per line and again the month after that. He signed us up for all kinds of extras, had to go back and forth with Verizon to get them all removed! Not only that, 4 months later and Verizon says we never mailed in our trade ins, he took them from us in store! I would never recommend anyone to go to this store. The headaches I’ve had to deal with after leaving there!!
