  They were not open at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday the 7th of January. Hours on the door State they are open until 8:00 p.m. I was not able to pay my bill which was due and had to go to another location.

  The past 3 times I've come here to pay a bill, the person has been "out on a bathroom break" Won't come back because no one is ever actually working here
