    Came here because they had great reviews ,but after having an in-store experience they didn’t explain pricing or plans when asked for details. They seems to be off putting and annoyed by they fact that I needed help switch carriers and when I declined protection plans and bundles one employee made an off comment about not receiving commission. They also didn’t explain until the end that if you activate in store there’s a fee ,but if you do it online there’s no fee. UPDATE: The email the provide is an invalid receipt and you cannot send an email for your experience. I ended up contacting a customer service representative and they actually found that they added a protection plan without my knowledge.

    Phenomenal customer service from every employee at this store. An elderly man came in before me with lots of questions about his Facebook App/ account. They were so kind and patient with him and then they helped walk him out to his car after to make sure he got in ok! So great.

    I walked right in and was immediately greeted by an agent. She was very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable taking her advice to purchase an iPhone 17 instead of a 16, as she assured me it would not cost me anymore as there was a sale running. Most of my transaction was completed prior to me leaving the store and quickly! Of course as I arrived home I found a lot of logging in and demonstrating I was me-had to happen. I wondered if having me leave before the transition was complete and leaving my old cell device activated caused some of that? I also learned very quickly that I needed a different charger and square to fully charge my new iPhone 17 and I only had the one that came with the phone. While I was picking out a case and screen protector would have been the perfect time to upsell me on that critical need and tell me so I did not panic when I discovered it at home hours later! Thank goodness for Amazon coming to the rescue and delivering what I needed within 3 hours. Overall, I would say my experience was 80%. Except for not mentioning the cord issue, I’d give your agent 100%. Sadly-I do have concerns about the charges. I have already paid $113 for start-up plus more than $80 for the case and cover; plus now I’ve got $147 coming out for the first month’s bill just next week, plus the full bill for Feb. for my other carrier, plus my monthly bill is going to cost me an additional $30 mo over my last carrier. That’s a $350 hit for this month’s budget on a fixed income. It’s sad Single people get no deals like the family plans offer-and what about those of us on fixed incomes? -couldn’t Verizon help us out a bit with some kind of less expensive plan? Thank you for listening!!

    Inconsistent pricing from what my Girlfriend paid and what they were offering me. The final straw is when you have employees walking around the store talking on speaker phone and having very personal conversations for everyone to hear. I will never visit a Victra location again and suggest you do the same. Save yourself the time and hassle and just go to the Verizon App or website. Much easier and no one trying to upsell to make a commission.

    Made an appointment to upgrade at Victra in the District. Walked in at said time. Shopped around for a bit and wasn't even greeted or acknowledged. Walked next door to AT&T and switched carriers. Night and day customer service.
