The salesperson named Jayden clearly hates his job and gave us the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. When we asked for help getting a phone case out of reach he said “well if you can’t reach it, I can’t reach it.” God forbid he’d get a step stool from the back to get it down which he finally did. Then we asked if it was a MagSafe case and he said, “well does it say that on the box?” Then as we were checking out we asked for a receipt and he said “you really want one?” YES Captain Obvious otherwise we wouldn’t have asked for one! Clearly we were ruining his busy day with absolutely no one in the store. Total jerk! Do not go in here looking for any type of customer service. We should’ve bought from Amazon instead of dealing with his attitude!
