They added a new line for it. I upgraded my daughter’s phone through an incentive from their store and again they added another number for it too. I went in to switch the new upgraded phone to my daughter’s number and they couldn’t do it. I have 6 phone numbers from these clowns because they don’t know how to do their job. I’m leaving Verizon. They make mistakes every time I go in for anything and this was the last straw.

One of the gentlemen that helped me I told him that I didn't get a return label for my phone and he completely was off and outer space and told me to sell my phone on Facebook that it was at a promotion. All he needed to do was call customer care and get the label to get printed off because I didn't get one. This guy was totally off to get just sales or something like that If you have any issues with anything please don't use them Just call Verizon to upgrade it's just easier. The main manager there is really cool. But there's a couple guys there that are just not customer service friendly and only focused on sales. This is coming from someone that is bought lots of phones from this particular store. I would not recommend the store would not go back to the store ever again.
