Not a single “hello” or “we’ll be right with you.” It’s disappointing, because I expected better from a company as large as Verizon. Honestly, you’ll probably get faster and friendlier service ordering online and waiting for your equipment to arrive than you will visiting this location in person. I won’t be coming back.
